cooper discoverer s/t maxx
 

Anyone running the discoverer s/t maxx tires or know anybody who is? I have good and bad about these tires but they have what looks like a good blend between a m/t tire and a/t tire and aren't to bad in the price department!

Coopers are good stuff, USA Co. made in the USA.

I know guys running STTs and I like those a lot.

The S/T Maxx (left) looks like a good compromise.

Bump, I am interest in the S/T Maxx as well if I have to get one set of tires to do daily driving and off-road.

I went with the Cooper S/T. 285'a

So far I am very happy with them and im still getting 17mpg... :)

I was thinking about getting the ST, then I saw the Maxx, now I'm torn

I like that the Maxx has a 3-ply sidewall, the ST is only 2-ply

I actually like the look of the ST more, and definitely like the price more

I'm wondering how important the 3-ply sidewall is

3 ply for sharp rocks.

The ST is being replaced by the ST/maxx .
