Only reason someone would run that is if they had a carbed motor/non computer controlled and wanted to run an electronic transmission w/ it.

Yes if you have an orginal hummer .. but I have 40 inch nitro tires on and I have to get it to switch earlier.

If you have the correct size gears for those tires, any of the hand held programmers can change your shiftpoints.
