COLD start aggravation!!!!
 

mine still has a rough time when cold--changed the wts and o2 sensors,plugs,wires,coil packs... i still get the intermittent "misfire" code pop up... but the cold starts thing really bugs me... try and drive it to soon it sputters and pops lags something awful then is ok after a few moments of driving..even changed the gas cap thinking it would help- it had in other vehicles i have owned.

are you cranking the key right away or letting it set at run for a few seconds before starting?

If it starts easier leaving the key on for 5 or 10 seconds, issue is fuel system related.

When its running good, how does it act if you shut it off and restart it right away?

i wait for about 5 sec's and start-- crappy idle while warming up-- if you try to drive right away-it will fall on its face and die- or sputter really bad and pop...then it catches up with itself and then drives fine for the rest of the day

I'd go after the obvious things first. Fuel filter ever been changed? Curious what your fuel pressure is over the first 30 seconds. What year and how many miles? Have you had any other motor issues in the past?
