-The date(s) and time(s)
-The vehicle(s) welcomed at said event
-A short description of the event
-Designation of a contact person(s) for more info./details

Responders in the thread can confirm attendance, indicate if they are bringing friends with additional vehicles, request more info. and etc...

This section was not intended as a "tester"to figure out if an Event can get started, who might want to participate and where! That should all be done before the thread is started. The Events forum is to advise the members of an event that is scheduled to invite those who may like to attend.

BTW your Toys for Tots was a cool thing, good work.
