does anyone know if they exist?

Don't think GM had a carbon black specific grille - around 2008 they only offered color matched grilles in the main colors (black, white..) but you can get a paint-to match grille that's primed and doesn't have the chrome coating on it and have it painted.

The GM paint code should be on the sticker inside of the glove box, and any auto paint place should be able to make it off that code.
