i have a set of your SS brake lines and braided hoses. they have been holding up extreamly well. only issue i had was it did not clip back onto the the existing line holders as your lines are a bit beefier then stock but that's not a bad thing i guess.

Interesting, I'm thinking about buying a set just to keep around. Bronxteck, any other issues you had with the install or anything?

bronxteck Feb 13, 2020 03:16 PM

nope no issues that I can recall other than SS is a few mils beefier and a bit hard to bend if needed they fit reasonably well for a great aftermarket option. I'm sure if the plastic line holders on my truck where 17 years younger maybe I could jam them in but being that old the plastics are hard and rigid. would be nice if the kit came with new line holders.

Just a bit of heat from a heat gun on the clips makes them flexible. Secure lines to the holders with zip ties also works. Just make sure to secure the lines, so they aren't bouncing around rubbing on the frame, causing premature failure!
