Brake Lights Come On By Themselves When Parked

Hello. I have a 2007 Hummer H3. My brake lights are coming on when vehicle is parked. They are off when i leave vehicle and in time they will go on by themselves also noticed when Cruise is on it will turn turn off after a while. Would like to fix without going to dealer. Brake Light switch maybe?

Brake light switch definitely sounds like a logical place to start looking.
