Boulder Accessories winch bumper with Mile Marker 9500lb winch for sale. This package includes the winch controller and winch that was never used, but was tested today (10/15/13) and worked perfectly. This will fit Hummer H3's from 2006-2010. Bolt on, no drilling required. I would describe this bumper and winch in VERY good condition. It was on my street driven Hummer. Shipping is estimated at $200, if it is less, I will refund the difference.
