A bolt came loose and the axle poped up and hit the oil filter and all the oil spiled over the parking lot at my wifes job. I have not looked at this as of yet but I'm hoping she did not try to start it while the oil was spilling out.........is there a name for this bolt and I'm I using the right name for the part that broke and hit the oil filter? 2003 H2

 

Can anyone give me any advice on the problem that I 'm having........about the bolt that fits on the rod just below the oil filter..........
