blower motor replacement 2006 H3

Hello everyone
I am new to this forum so I dont know if this question is posted in the right location.
My blower motor needs to be replaced (the bearing is shot) and I need help figuring out how to replace it.
I removed the glovebox and can see the motor from there but it looks like a metal bracket that runs accross the bottom is in the way of pulling out the motor.
Has anyone done this repair before and if so do you have specific instructions and/or pictures for the entire process?

Thank you for your consideration
Howard

remove 2 screws on the resistor & pull it, remove 3 screws on the blower motor and pull it. http://ww2.justanswer.com/uploads/gg...tor_hummer.gif

Thank you for your quick response. Just to clarify, I shouldnt worry about the bracket that the bottom of the glove box is attached to? There is enough wiggle room in the motor and squirrel cage that it will drop down and not interfere?
