For you owners of 2003-2005 H2 hummers that are having problems with blower motor not working or not shutting off (my problem) and our looking for blower control module part numbers AC-Delco 15-80655 GM 19329772, 19329838 93803637. This part is virtually unobtainable at this time. I found that this module comes apart with one torx screw under the label. They are not sealed units. inside you will find a chip that has heat sink paste on it. it is the biggest chip in the center of the board. this is usual the culprit. The chip has part number IRFB1405 on it. This chip is avaliable from Digi Key for $4.44 plus postage. The chip is surfaced mounted (soldered) on the board. It can be de-soldered an the new one soldered in without removing the board from the housing. Make sure and use some heat sink paste on it before you put the cover back on. This fixed my blower issues. and saved me $170.00
