Question Blacked-Out H3 Part Sources

I'm in love with the look of this H3 - blacked out but not modified so much that it looks overdone. I'm interested in finding a source for the clear blinker and "side-blinker" covers. Please excuse me for my lack of correct terminology.

Does anyone know where I can find a grille colored to match the factory black for under ~$300? That seems to be the best price I can find them at (I am not looking to spray paint it myself). Thanks!

Try Ebay for the clear markers/turn signals. As far as the grille, you might be able to get yours painted for under $300. If you prep yours properly, spray paint looks great.

You are looking at a South African built H3 with the sticky outy front clear side markers. They are required in Australia and S. Africa.

You can find clear ones up here, but they are flat like the OEM ambers.

I was the opinion that the sticking out marker lights are because of the fender flares...wider body...marker lights are useless when they are not at the outer limit.
I have them as well and hate them...just wait till I made my final decission on wheels and tires....see if I still need the fender flares (in Hong Kong the wheels and tires are not allowed to stick out!) ...and then will be modified!

As Doc stated ANY H3 that came out of the South African plant will have these side marker lights. So If you have an H3 that was produced in SA and bought anywhere else but the USA yours will have the "sticky outy thingys" for side marker lights regardless of local (national) motor vehicle laws.

I'm not a big fan of them personally, but everyone has their own "style".

Really?? Look on the Drivers door B pillar and see if there is a sticker with the state of Louisiana on it and take a picture.
