Yes and NO. 20" rims but LT275/65R20 which is 34.1" but the GM press release said they where 35". Saw it in person and they where LT275/65R20.

 

im pretty ignorant when it comes to what all the tire numbers mean and what sizes to go with.. so im askin for more help on this one. Rim has been decided on as a rbp 94R 20 inch. Don't know whether to get it 20 x 9 or 20 x 10 yet though. Whats the best size tire for that? I don't want any rubbing or other problems, and am coming to the forum for help again

 

part of that depends on the tire you are putting on. a wide tire on a narrow wheel is different than a narrow tire on a wide wheel.

 

I think i like the narrow wheel with a little wider tire.

 

and the next question.... that is really important, because it really narrows your available wheels....


How much are you going to want it to stick out?

The guys posting in this thread that own H3's are going to be very valuable to you... especially Tainter... he knows these numbers damn near by heart on backspacing and offset. Even though it's been posted a million times... everybody has a different opinion, and each case is a little different.

 

My final decision is a rbp 94r 20x9 on a 295/55/r20 trail grappler tire. its a 33 but i think it will look good. Not to big or to small. Will be ordering them in the next couple days so hopefully i can get some pics up in the next two weeks or so
