Anyone know the 18" OEM chrome wheels?

Question about the H3 18" OEM chrome wheels. I notice the 07 18" chrome retails for about $1500 each and the 08 chrome retails for $750 each. Both prices are from the Hummer dealer. They are the same looking wheels, just different year. Can anyone tell me why the major price difference?
