Default Any advice would be appreciated

Was at the HUMMER dealer this weekend for an oil change & to find out how come they replaced my K&N filter with a stock one during the last oil change. First off, they had no idea why they took out the K&N filter and replaced it, but made not hesitation ordering me another one. Kudos to Bob Moore HUMMER!!

Now the advice.... I was visiting my salesman & complaining about how uncomfortable the seats were and how much I really hate shifting the 5-speed. He proceeded to tell me that with the 7K off and my GM Supplier Discount I can get an 2008 H-3 W/the Adventurer package, Sunroof, Automatic, Trailering hitch, and Power Seat for just a bit north of 26K before Trade. It has a Window Sticker of $36,847.00. Would I be stupid to get rid of the 2007 Base & I do mean Base model & go for it??

Well, my normal Service Rep is Ray, but he was not there last weekend, so I think her name was Shannon. At any rate, they still took very good care of me!! Salesperson is James, and I would recommend him with no reservations. I am not the easiest person to deal with, and he has pretty much taken all I had to throw at him in stride and with a smile on his face.

Just checked the GM Supplier Discount website and the 7K rebate still shows up, so unless the site is out-of-date, it still is going on. Going to the dealer on Saturday, and as long as the they don't put it to me on the trade, I think I'm going to jump off on this idea.

Anybody know if my Brush Guard or Steps will bolt directly from the 07 to the 08??

You should have no problem buying an H3 at dealer's invoice minus any rebates or incentives. That's what I bought mine for at Columbus Hummer.

Yes, yourgrill guardand steps will fit the 08.

Keep in mind that the trade in will be effected by what the new market is doing i.e. $7,000.00 in rebates. I know in my market down here it is a little frustrating even to myself on the trade values. Good luck to you and hope you get your new ride that will make you much happier.
