aiming OEM off road lights

Is there anyway to aim the OEM roof mounted off road lights. I can not find how to do it anywhere. They throw an awful glair off the front windshield thus rendering almost useless (but they sure look cool). Anyone else notice this?

The instructions say to use a 10mm wrench to adjust. I think mine came with a thin-flat wrench.
