adventure package v.s. non-adventure package ??

Default adventure package v.s. non-adventure package ??

new here .. and wondering is ther that much difference between adventure package and one without ?

i live in central wisconsin and do little off-road, but i did have a h-3 w/adv.pk. and that was unstoppable..!! also went to dealership and experienced there course, 60 degree hill , etc..

before i buy a h-3 , i just wanted to know the major difference..

The major difference is the large tire upgrade. I understand the rest of the suspension and drivetrainis the same.

.... and the lower gear ratio in the transfer case.

You can always change the tires to larger if you decide you want them down the road. The transfer case is a lot harder to change. There are no options for aftermarket part timelockers, and only very limited options for limited slip.

I wanted the Adventure package, but it didn't work out for me because I wanted the manual trans more, and couldn't wait around on ordering one.
