98 4-Door Truck Blinker issue
 

I have a 98 4-door truck and when I turn the headlights on the right blinker indicator stays lite (doesn't flash) however when I turn right and use the blinker it works as normal.

Any ideas what might make this one the only one that lights up?

The other one needs to be replaced. They should be lit whenever the headlights are on. Sounds like the right one is working and the left one isn't.

Ok I swapped the dash left blinker light and the hi beam light (which works) and I still have the same issue.
When I turn left it flashesvas expected but goes off once turn is complete.

Bulbs are all tested. Any other ideas?
