315/75R16 tires

I recently just purchased 305/70R16 Kumho Road Venture AT Tires. I have been reading the forum's and saw that 315/75"s will fit on a stock H3 with no modifications. Will the 315/75 tires cause the vehicle to have mechanical problem's?
