2009 H2 Engine problem
 

Hi Guys, I live in MACAU, the Vegas of East Asia.
We have NO GM dealers or service center in my City. but Hummers are popular in the Casino city, this is my Second H2 and I love it.

My 2009 H2 with only around 5000 miles on the clock has started to develop a rough engine idle when COLD starting, But only for a about 2-5 minutes then it settles down, over the past 2 weeks since its last Engine Oil Change its got worse and worse, today when starting the engine it blew heaps of white/blue smoke out of the exhaust for around 2 minutes then it went away.
I have No engine check lights on & No visible oil leaking on the ground overnight.
Im going to take it to my garage in the morning, they have limited experience on Hummers and no GM diagnostic gear....
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi did you check the oil level after it was changed? Also did they use the correct grade oil? SAE5W30

Yes have been keeping and eye on the oil consumption looks ok so far,
will check they used SAE5W50 today.

Oil type was correct
Engine blowing smoke and rough idle on first start of the day for around 5 mins.
Car at the shop now, hope they find something.
