2009 5 cyl. fuel pressure spec?

I'm helping a friend diagnose a no start condition. Ignition is good. Looking at the fuel system now. What is the spec pressure supposed to be? Thanks for helping the new guy. I searched the forum and couldn't come up with it.

I would check the passlock first. they are notorious for acting up

Thanks Skeeter. I've thought about the Passlock system issue myself. The owner feels that it is a fuel pump issue so I'm basically eliminating issues one at a time. I would still like to know what the spec is for fuel pressure so a pressure issue can be eliminated. Thanks guys.

Fuel pressure for the I5s should be within 10% of 55 PSI. Anything outside that range could cause problems.

I would think passlock as well.

I've found out that the fuel pump does not run at all. I checked it with a gauge but it's pretty obvious that it makes no noise what so ever. I would like to check the relay but I can't seem to find the location in the fuse block under the hood. I don't see any relays marked as being "fuel pump" like most vehicles. Do you guys know where it is on a '09 with the in line 5 cyl engine? Thanks again.
