Has anyone found a good stubby antenna for the '08? Seems they changed the mount on the '08 H3s& now my old stubby won't fit.

It came with 3 different adapters to fit. Worked on my wifes 08

 

the stubby from my 06 worked just fine when I moved it to the Alpha

Do these antennas really work as well as the OME ones??

 

reception in the stubby has been identical for me...however, I live in a major metropolitan, not sure of how it works in rural areas when you are at the end of a tower's reach

 

Is an adapter required or do these just screw right on?
