2006 H3 Base/Chrome Boulder Grey 147K Miles
I have decided to part ways with my Hummer H3. It is a Boulder Grey 2006, it has the chrome package. Asking $11,000 or best reasonable offer. I do have a loan on the H3 through a local bank. This H3 gets a consistent 14.5-15 MPG around town driving to work and back. All features work as expected, from interior electronics to drivetrain/4x4 system.
This H3 is located North of Pittsburgh, Pa. in zip 15005. You can text me at Seven 24 - 7 Six Six - thirty one zero nine. I keep my ringer off because I work in a cubical farm and we are not allowed cell phones ringing. Text please!
The entire body was properly cleaned and clayed to remove any contamination. Then it was machine compounded followed by machine polish. After the paint was restored to near show clarity, the body was coated with Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection synthetic sealant. The chassis was pressure washed, saturated with a cleaner/degreaser and fresh water rinsed with a Karcher chassis cleaning machine.
The cylinder head was replaced under warranty at #1 Cochran Automotive in Robinson PA on 4/8/10 and at 75,714 miles.
2/11/11 91,547 -#1 Cochran Automotive in Robinson Pa. - Coolant flushed/changed. Transmission fluid flushed/changed, and the induction system cleaned/serviced.
3/30/14 and 143,600 miles - Transfer case plastic 4x4 lock fork was replaced with alloy fork on 3/30/14 and 143,600 miles, cases drained, internal strainer/filter cleaned and refilled with OEM GM sourced fluids. Also rear drive shaft U-Joints were replaced with MOOG "Super Strength" case hardened joints. Also around this time the Heater/AC panel was replaced because the lights were not working any longer.
4/27/14 144,550 miles - Front end leveled to 23.5", Pro-Comp #317580 shocks installed.
5/5/14 144,650 miles - Installed Trail-Duty +0.5" Extended bump stops.
5/6/14 144,741 miles - North Star Chevy in Moon Twp PA. provided alignment service.
5/12/14 144,850 - Windshield glass replaced, A-Pillar trim repaired.
6/10/14 145,855 - Oil/Filter changed. Also, the Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid for the Evap system was replaced with Delco 214-2149 to get rid of the check engine light.
At this point, this is a perfect driver. No issues are left hanging other than it does not have a spare wheel/tire and there is fabric worn on the drivers seat edge from sliding in and out. There is minor pitting of the chrome on the wheels, the wheels still look great though. This is an extremely clean H3.

Also, not shown is the roof rack cross bars. I have them in my basement with the keys. There are 3 keys for this Hummer and 2 key FOB remotes. I would like to say that this Hummer is not being sold because it has any problems or anything. I went out Saturday and purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler ****** Wheeler with a dealer installed 2" lift. That makes 6 vehicles and 2 motorcycles between me and my wife. I am going to start selling off these things because I just don't drive them. The Hummer was my daily driver for the last 4 months and it has been dead perfect and gave me no issues. I bought it with some problems, but as I listed out above, I have taken care of all issues known. I have invested time and money to make this into an H3 that I would drive and not be feeling like I was on borrowed time. I attacked anything I thought needed addressed and made it right. But, I decided that I wanted a Jeep ****** Wheeler, and there you have it. Test drives are welcome, no woods use, we can test 4x4 on my property.
