2006 acting funny when turning the wheel.
 

Having an issue with my 2006 h3 with around 96k. I was trying to turn into a parking spot the other day and it felt like it just didn't want to go. Put it in reverse and same feeling. Kinda gassed it just to get it straight and parked. Doesn't make any crazy noises or no fluid leaks. But don't want to dismiss it, thank you in advance for anyone who has any insight.

My h3 was doing the same thing 06 h3 with 107k miles it was doing it whenever I turned really sharp and it felt like it was locking up and wouldn't wanna go but it onlu did it once a day turned out it was the brakes the caliper had to be replaced and the rotor turned with new pads hadn't had the problem since

Make sure you are not in 4 High Lock. Cycle through all your buttons a few times if that doesn't work search the following: Transfer Case Actuator, Plastic Shift Fork, Buttons Sticking. Good Luck

Like RKS said. It does sound like the transfer case is in 4 HI Lock.

Sure enough that's what it was, I guess I accidentally hit the 4 high lock and didn't notice. Got it back in regular 4 and problems gone. Thanks for the quick responses!
