Talking 2004 H2/ superchip Flashpaq question

Hey all this is my first post. I have been looking at the site for quiet a while but just now registered. However I already have my first question... I had a 2007 Silverado 1500 before I got this hummer and I had a Superchip Flashpaq programmer that is used on it. Now I have the stock settings back on truckna the tuner is ready to be used. My truck and hummer have the same exact engine the V8 vortex 6.0 now will the programmer work on the hummer as well? And what setting is best for a little bit better gas mileage? I know it's a hummer and I love it soothe gas mileage wasnt a deal breaker but I just wanted to ask bc hey it couldn't hurt!

Thank you all in advanced !!!

I just purchased a Superchip Flashpaq 2865 (GM Gas Vehicles). I was told that the SC can only be used on one vehicle (tuned) but when that vehicle is set back to stock then the SC could be used on another vehicle. Here are my thoughts:

1. I have a magna flow cat-back exhaust but my H2 is stock other than that
2. I have used the 87 setting with 87 octane and noticed better shifting, some performance gains and slightly better MPG.
3. I currently run in performance mode, use 91 octane and noticed better shifting, more performance and better MPG (+1 to 1.5 and am >13.5 consistently calculated at fill-up). The main thing I noticed is that with the increased power my H2 does not downshift as often (I live at 6000 ft and have been as high as 13000 ft).
4. My suggestion? I performed a complete tune-up (all fluids, plugs, wires, filter, etc...) and recommend the same. Use the performance setting and high grade fuel (91 here in CO). Get a cat-back exhaust too...

fuel saver xs or 87 didnt work fine for me, even worsening my case... (around 10.5 to 12 mpg) but didnt try the performance setup yet. my best is original +10 pressure at all shift (14.5 mpg).
i ad all oils, filters, plugs changed, but all stock, no oiled air filter or exhaust.

for the programmer, personally i can't program one other vehicle whit it, but is it worth it ? for the transmission setup, code clearing ok, but for gas milage i dont think so.
