I want to do a simple tune up on a 2003 H2.

What do I need for a moderate simple tune up?

Fuel Pump?

Spark Plugs?

Wires?

Air filter?

fuel filter?

Change engine & tranny oil?


Any advice? If so what specifically do you recommend I buy?

Please help. This is my first H2. I know nothing about these cars.

The fuel pump is not part of a simple tune up. Unless you have over 100,000 miles I wouldn't change it. The other items you listed would be a good way to go. Remember to buy quality parts like AC delco or other name brands, there is a lot of chinese replacement parts that are not great quality. If you have high mileage you might want to replace the 02 sensors (Delphi or Bosch) as they do degrade over time. I would also suggest Synthetic fluids and you should do the Diff's and transfercase as well.
