FOR SALE, NO TRADES. $9,000. Will entertain serious offers. For sale is my 2003 Hummer H2 with Adventure package. Ive owned this vehicle for 10 years. I rarely drive it, which is why I am selling it. I purchased the vehicle in Houston TX and drove it to Ohio. I believe it had roughly 60k miles on it at the time. It currently has a little over 100k miles. The vehicle does have several cosmetic issues. This also includes areas of corrosion or rust. I will do my best to show pictures. Ive taken good care of the truck mechanically, however bear in mind it is 15 years old. The book value on the vehicle ranges from low trade $9200 to $15,000+ high trade. Some of the services performed on the truck have been: All fluids have been replaced with AMSOIL or OEM (coolant, brake, power steering, front differential, transfer case, transmission, rear differential) All new brake lines, rotors, calipers, and pads New OEM air suspension bags New starter New Instrument Cluster New OEM fuel pump and sending unit Some of the areas that need attention: Driver mirror damaged by RTA bus. Passenger front tire is currently the factory spare. I flattened the Kuhmo mud tire and haven’t replaced it yet. Battery could be replaced. (Note: Battery will die after two weeks if truck sits unused. While I don’t think this is terribly uncommon of newer vehicles, we did perform a draw test and investigated for modules coming on when they shouldn’t be. No issues could be found. Everything times out as it should) Blower control module is bad. OEM is no longer made, however I have a brand new aftermarket in the box. Have not installed it yet. Less than 20min job. Steering rack appears to need replaced. Power steering pump is fine (hydroboost). Mechanic is unsure if its hoses or rack. Steering has just become a bit more difficult to turn. Rust spot developed below fuel fill door Frame has surface rust. Typical of the 03 and 04’s. GM almost had a class action lawsuit over this. Front heated seats do not currently work. Control module is bad. A couple random interior plastic pieces have minor damage. This was from the previous owner. Nothing major. Just something that annoyed me. I can hear an exhaust leak beginning to develop. Unsure of location. Power steering seems to require more effort than it used to. The air suspension compressor will need attention at some point Various rock chips in the paint Again, the vehicle is 15 years old. I don’t think it’s a bad vehicle by any means. I'm being brutally honest because I do not want to hide anything. I see some of the other H2's for sale and have noticed how they've covered some of these common issues up. You will not find a more honest seller. Personally, I think it’s worth putting a couple bucks into it. They’re cool trucks. Ive done my best to describe the truck as accurately as possible. The vehicle will be sold as-is and where-is. You may contact me via cell phone with further questions. Usually best to text. My phone number is 937-248-7399
