2003 H2 wheel torque spec 140ft/lbs?

As the title says is the torque spec 140ft/lbs?

yes that is the correct spec listed in the owners manual. If you have one and want to verify it is page 5-100

The Muddy man is correct.. My 2009 is 140LBS also. I always have a Torque wrench with me.
