Sorry about the slow reply. It was neither. It was a plastic chromed replacement. Better looking than the overlay and alot cheaper than the billet peice.

Go to 4wheel areas you can get them there, i strategy on getting some 20x10s and slaping 37's on them only wheel i can discover that suits is the nitto mud grappler(same one on that dark hummer) I was browsing to get a bfg mt or krawler but i think ill negotiate for the nittos.
