2"-3" H2 lift kits available?

All I seen was 4" and up. I just want a little more height along with the front being the same height as the rear. And I don't want to spend $2500. What are my options (if any)? Body lift?

there are no body lift kits available that i'm aware of. you can level the front with just the torsion bars, but if you want a lift you'll have to either fab your own or go with the 4" or higher that are available aftermarket.
