The $12K service was more than likely a refurbishment to get all the neglected maintenance up to speed and detail the dog snot out of the beast. And when I say neglected maintenance, I mean, 4 wheel hub replacement, transmission rebuild, etc....

Though they should have focused underneath the roof rack as well.....
