I had a goal to run my power wire so I could get my install going. To make a long story short, I couldnt find a place to run it from under the hood to inside the cab. Where does everyone else run theirs?

 

You will probably have to drill a new hole in the firewall to run cable that big.... and use a weatherproof grommet.

Two places you could consider running would be along the tunnel...

OR...

if you have removed the door sills there is a pretty deep valley in there.

IMHO...

 

mine runs along the frame and up in back in an H3

 

I RAN MINE THRU THE MAIN HARNESS GROMET THEN DOWN BEHIND THE E-BRAKE BEHIND THE TRIM PANELS AND THEN UP THE LIL HUMP TO THE LEFT REAR WHEEL WELL COVER .I THEN PUT IN A DISTRIBUTION BLOCK . I HAVENT HAD TIME TO FINISH THE INSTALL BECAUSE OF WORK. ALSO I CANT FIND A PLACE TO MOUNT THE CAP AND AMPS.
