hey guys i did a search on this and came up empty handed but i wanted to know if any of you knew if the oem lower grille off a 08-09 H2 will fit my 03 looks the same just has "Hummer" in it. i like it and want to order one from the dealer but they had no clue if it would or not so i fig i'd ask the real experts!just was not sure if it attached the exactly the same thanks for any info on this

i read on the hummertech forums that someone had chaged the upper grill to the newer one and that the newer upper and lower grill will bolt right on to the older H2, but the two cant be interchanged......hope this helps

 

thanks that does help ! so in a nutshell i need to use the 08-09 upper grill that does not have the HUMMER written across in order to run the 08-09 lower grill ?

 

that would be correct, the upper grill w/out the hummer letters will bolt right on just like the old one but the bottom part of the grill where the lower grill mounts is diffrent on both grills......
