I didn't make any myself but here in retrospect ... my new years resolution is I'll never tripp and put my hand/arm through a window again!!!!! Spent the first 8 hours of the new year in the ER getting stapled/stitched back together again

YOU CAN DO IT!! After almost 7 years - I said "that's it - no more!" I put them down and haven't had one since. For a long time it was hard! But, it can be done!!

When my other half wanted to quit I smoked in the garage and on the front porch, that was it. Then a couple of months down the roadI caught her with one of my Marlboro's in front of the basement TV .... I havent been outside since lol!
