what does this stuff mean on a spark plug?

Default what does this stuff mean on a spark plug?
There is a yellow-ish ring on top of the hex at the insulator. Does this mean the plug is bad? It has about 5k miles

on it.

Interesting - thanks. The plug has coil-on-plug, so should not have much oil around it.
