Hummerz, well I guess it's time to poke the bear. I sent the HOA a registered telling them I plan to putting my Trump flag back on my flagpole outside within the next 10 days. I told them if they refused to allow me to do this I want a formal response in writing explaining to me exactly what section of the HOA/ACC rules I am in violation of and signed by an HOA officer or the HOA president.

At that point I will take your suggestion and pursue this with the authorities and don't know if I will get much help from local tv stations but at least I will have some official documentation in hand and not just the word of a gestapo HOA board member. Some how I bet nothing would have ever been said if it was a OBiden flag. We shall see, at least if nothing else maybe it will give them a bit of indigestion.

My wife of 40yrs is 2nd generation Irish descent and she decorates the inside for all holidays, including our 6ft birch led tree that stays up 365. She has many 40-80gallon totes filled with decorations to spread throughout our home for all the holidays. I mostly enjoy her decorations this time of year, including the dining room table patriotic table cloth & centerpiece, along with the stars and stripes on the potholders in the kitchen, plus more...Here's the 6ft birch led tree inside the front door:
