Thanks phil. We are the second owner, built in 1972, the previous owner kept that 1970's design, like walking into the Brady bunch house. We spent 2yrs looking for a new home in this area with a layout and location in mind. My wife picked out the homes she liked online and we viewed, yet I always found issues structurally, location, design, cost to renovate, etc. After 100+ homes viewed, I found this 1 and asked her just to view it online and she said I like it and I know what you can do with it. Ask price was $175k with 2 days to accept offers, and we offered $186k, contingent on viewing. After viewing we got a call on our way home the seller accepted our offer? I told my realtor I was going to counter offer my original offer with all remaining contents included, (including a top of the line Thomasville dining room set)+ other solid wood furniture, tools, hardware, etc.. and the seller accepted. We paid cash and received the title fast on 8-1-2022. To this date, around 2,500 hours of my labor along with around $20k materials renovating/updating inside & out + clearing the overgrown yard from trees/bushes/weeds etc, this house has increased in value+$150k+ OVER purchase price. The best part, with all the money saved finding a fixr upper, is money saved renovating the way we want it.

It was very cool on Sunday with the power outage in Ohio that lasted until 11pm, however I had plenty light outside(solar powered) and inside(led battery rechargeable powered) currently at 1,000,000LM+ inside and out. I went out and took some pictures at dusk, while looking around at all darkness surrounding my property.
More solar lights for my flags thanks to Amazon vine.5 base spot lights & 1 topper light on the 25ft pole, and 1 topper light and Eagle lighted topper on the 7ft pole, added to my 4 ground staked spot lights.
4 U.S. Code § 6 - Time and occasions for display....(a).....the flag may be displayed 24 hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness.

Amazon vine sent me 2 sets of 4 multicolored solar spots just in time for Flag Day. I installed both and set 2 each to red & blue for backlight of my white lights. Tested the first set yesterday, & removed/replaced with the second set today. Pictures :

Nice flag! Btw, that's some f'vck'd up bull>sh&t! Contact The Fair Housing Act and some local tv stations to report your right to display your flag! I don't have that problem, and can display any flag or whatever else on my property(100% titled to me & property taxes paid), and I do so without encroachment to the neighbors properties!
