That would be a CTIS (Central Tire Inflation System). Not something that is really viable to install on a vehicle that was not equipped with it. I thought of it at one point and remember reading where someone wanted to try and install that on a Hummer H2 and it really was not going to be possible as the hubs, axles, etc with the required components are only made for a very select few vehicles.
Spicer (Dana) makes the one on the H1 Hummers. I think there are a couple of other companies that make them too. Just google CTIS and you will find a good bit of info.

Hey thanks for message about CTIS . i know it can be done because back in 2000 i met a guy in Army an he was a Machanic in shop for his polatoon an he told me He got parts off a H 1 hummer that had been wreck bad an some way riged the CTIS on his 1980 CJ 7 an it work great going over rocks an everything the tire molded to rocks an i ask him about doing my CJ 5 at the time but he coildnt get anymore parts . so I just have to find some one with the Know how to make it wk thanks for resondence
