OK....You two win with your camel spiders and deadly *** funnel web spiders.

However, I will raise you one with a Trinity River Bottoms story regarding a man, his johnson and a Dobson Fly.

Fifteen or so of us were down at the river shooting Class III stuff and having a generally fine time with our
weapons of mass recreation. During a lull in the action, we hear this blood curdling scream coming from the
edge of the clearing behind us... and turn just in time to see Mike "Stick Boy"Lastnamewitheld doing what appeared
to be a Swahili fertility dance while smacking himself about thecrotch.

It seems that while Mike was answering the call of nature, one of these critters landed on his joint:



To this day, I have NEVER heard anything approaching the sound Mike made when he saw this thing, on his thing.

To add insult to injury, he must have racked himself at least 3 times swatting at the damn bug (relatively harmless by the way)

Later we found out it was a male (perhaps gay) Dobson Fly.

ugh... I'm not allowed to work with LOX. we don't usually use it where I work, and I'd probably end up having too much fun with it. we do have liquid helium, though

you're right about the frozen worms...especially if frozen one segment at a time :X.

I never had a Camel spider on me.... I did get close enough to kill them with a truck a few times.... I also witnessed one of them chase a friend of mine.... I also have seen what they did to a buddy when they bit him....
