Republican-appointed judges have frequently ruled against Donald Trump’s administration and personal legal interests, often emphasizing the rule of law over political affiliation. A 2025 analysis found that Trump lost approximately 72% of rulings issued by Republican-appointed judges in federal district courts.

I think the term that explains this is Rino's and unlike the Dems they don't follow party lines no mater what. They are a prolific and self serving species that are much like the cockroach, unfortunately they also infest the House and Senate.
