I know this post is useless without pics, but my camera is on the outs, but I'll update quickly.
Bought (used) H3 about 4 weeks ago, superior blue, 5 spd, grey hummer rims) roof marker lamps,
all grey trim / accessories (step bars, grille guard, tailight guards) carbon fiber dash!
already put on the magnaflow dual exhaust sytem after reading Doc Olds reccomendations
as well as searching old posts, rather than asking the same question as everyone else.
To come: CAI (after much more research)
In dash Nav(leaning towards pioneer) with back-up cam
roof-rack
probably many more things over my budget
thanks for all the help and knowledge I have already found on this forum.

Welcome to the forums. Make yourself comfortable and stay around for a while.
I like this guy already. Uses search too!
MagnaFlow did do a good job on the H3 Cat back, and I looked at a bunch of them. Still a lot of personal preference with the available options, but I like mine.
Nice welds, easy to install, lines up like it should...all good.

Photos will be added during lunch break, sorry for the delay, I know posts are normally useless without attachments to go along. Quick question for Doc Olds / anyone who has the magnaflow cat back system….. I am aware that it is a “bolt-on” system which utilizes clamps to connect the pipes, but I wanted to have it welded. I explained to the mechanic that I am more than capable of installing the system by clamps, but wanted it welded and did not have the proper tools. Picked up the truck after work, was in nice clothes so I didn’t get under it, got it home, they just clamped it on, why did I pay them….long story shortĂ* I call them to explain what I want done, he said its useless and that he could weld the clamps on if I wanted him too, they also threw out my original system, after I had distinct requests to have it saved.
Question is, can/should I have it welded, or is he right and it would be pointless, I wanted the pipes welded together, not the clamp.
