my experience,carmax= good, i was satisfied with price/comparison,treatment. everytime they touched the h3 they filled the tank!!!

i would look for a "off lease" vehicle,mine was great,and i bought some parts from a guy turning in a lease and it was super, great maintenance and care. i even doubt that many rentals are taken to a weekend mud hole event.

i would avoid a car used by a woman, they are rough on cars because they dont know how they work. some guys fit here too. my buddys wife rides brakes. my dot in law stabs gas/brakes,like every trip to the mc donalds is like a 1/4 mile run.
as time goes by,the good h's will dwindle,hard to find. id still like to get a spare!! and would i love an h2,,,oh my

 

Thanks! I am also partial to the 08's...I enjoy passing by the many different SUV's on the road today and think "YOU COULD OF HAD A HUMMER".. lol

 

Those are my thoughts too, some folks dont understand how heavy the vechicle is and that you cant expect it to stop like a 3k car or light truck..

 

I have an 06 H3 luxury with Adventure option. Navigation. I 5 motor. I hate it to the bone. I have a 93 jeep Cherokee that I prize over this Hummer. All bling. My wife likes the little thing though. They are girlmobiles. I've had it since January and have been looking at trading since the first week. Am I crazy?

 

Never have had a jeep i have always had 4x4 pickups, beauty is in the eye of the beholder..(H3 vs your Jeep) you have to drive what makes you happy. I love the bold styling of the H3 and have been partial to the Hummer brand since it was brought in during my time in the military (Gulf War) I did test drive the 5 cyl. and I went with the Alpha V-8 because I felt it was a little under powered. If I were you I think I would hang on to it since your wife likes it.....Or upgrade to the Alpha, you may like it! As far as it being a chick 4x4, I'm recently divorced and not only do they like to drive them the ladies also love to ride in the H3...

 

So you signed up here to bash your own H3 and tell other H3 owners that they drive a "girlmobile"?

Feel free to sell your H3 to someone who will like it and stick to your beloved XJ forums, PLEASE!
