Introducing the New Forum Social Customer Service Team for OnStar
We would like to take a moment and introduce ourselves as the OnStar Customers Assistance Representatives from the OnStar Social Media group. The OnStar Social Media group is responsible for scanning over forums, including this one, in order to provide customer service to those who utilize them. We are looking forward to assisting those with concerns on the site. This would include interacting with the customer in hopes that we can reach some kind of resolution together. We are excited to be a part of this online community and hope that we are able to provide assistance here.

Good point Dave.
I had about 30 mins expire on me a while ago......
Made me mad enough I will probably cancel service when I get the time to call.
The whole point of keeping the system active, was for emergencies,
when I have no phone with me or siginal is so bad I can not get out on the hand held.

Hello everyone, Thank you for welcoming us! I will make sure we give better assistance than "Peggy"
In responce to 3hummers and Gunner_45, Sorry to hear that you were not aware of your minutes expiring. The expiration policy is set by the wireless team in conjunction with the wireless industry. You can learn your expiration date by pushing the Hands Free Calling button, saying "Minutes", and then "Verify". But you can roll over any remaining minutes for another year by purchasing more. Just press your OnStar button in your vehicle or you can visit the website at onstar.com
Gunner_45, I would be happy to help you with your expired 30 minutes if you could please send me a private message with some more information.

Gunner_45,
Sorry about that, I was not aware the PM option wasn't turned on. It should be working now. Just in case it doesn't work you can also go here: Facebook Issues | OnStar Connections and give me your information.
