Confusing problem with my Hummer

nothing works but the headlights and the horn blows continuously. Anybody else have this problem? I’m at my witts end!

And................. this section is NOT for Tech questions.
So let's start with: What model, year, miles and any recent work.
Then I can move it to the vehicle section where it belongs so people can know what they are being asked to comment on.
