Good Day: geargarage
What worked for me was to order a new switch panel which is available for around $200.00 on various sites, including Amazon and Ebay. I drove to Lynch motors in MO which is about 100 miles each way and I had already pulled the switch panel and they simply unplugged mine and plugged in the new one and presto things started to lock and windows started to go down (driver side) and FOB was back. I tried all the witches brews from a lot of forums and it simply came down that I needed a new switch. Now the reason I drove it to people who new what they were doing (Biggest Hummer dealer in Midwest) is that if it was not the switch then they could go on to finding what else is causing the problem like connections in the door panel etc. Since it took all of 5 secs to put the switch in I decided to change the 3 fluids since I was there. I was over 60K. Anyways sorry that it is going to cost you $200.00 but everything will work fine.
