I am having the same issue with GM refusing to fix my radiator. It's been two weeks of phone calls and escalations. My truck started to overheat this morning, so I had to have it towed to the dealer.

Any chance you could share your claim number with me or maybe just your full first and last name? I got Jennifer Hope's name from a later post. I am hoping that I can bolster my position with real names and claim numbers.
