Go get a red scotch brite pad, some acetone, Duplicolor Adhesion promotor, and probably 2 cans of Duplicolor bedliner. All together costs about $25.

Take off the grille and the baffle that is attached to the back side of the grille.

Start by rubbing the crap out of your grille with the scotch brite pad until all the shine is gone. It should end up looking kinda like brushed aluminum.

Then clean it with the acetone. Use some gloves so you don't get any oil from your hands on the grille after you clean it.

Hit it with one coat of the adhesion promotor.

Then spray the whole thing (front and back) with the bedliner. If you don't hit the whole thing it will start to chip around the edges and flake off. Mines held up very well now for the past six months. If you have any more questions just ask. Good luck.
