I'm looking for winch mount plate for my Hummer with orignal bumper.

The second one is more contained and retains approach/departure angles in an offroading environment, but is costly 1300.00USD and from talking to others the winch is hard to get at to for service. The second one is made by deflice innovations who also make a full length steel undercarriage protection that is pretty stout as well...

The negative side to what you have found is the pricing, Ive never been a fan of teka's prices they've always been alittle too high IMO... granted the first link you posted includes the brush guard, but ridgedemon.com allows you to use the GM on or something even more beefy....

I would urge caution when selecting a winch plate where the winch line / Fairlead is out of line with the tow hooks. If the winch line is higher or lower than the tow hooks this creates a moment arm which produces a torque on the frame. When applying large winch loads this can bend the frame. It is best to have the winch line in line with the tow hooks as close as possible like the DeFelice Offroad Innovations bumper.

I researched winch/bumper options thoroughly and selected the DeFelice bumper for the reasons stated above and Warn XD9000 because it fits the DeFelice bumper. However, I have not gotten the bumper or winch installed yet so I can not comment on either yet.

Yes is possible that this plate create to much torque on frame.But when you look on website below is more example, mounting higher than hooks/frame level.
I'm looking for someone with H3 + winch but is not so easy to find.

Your rite and wrong about this. The reason the CBP shelf plate is so strong is based on construction and the material used. It uses 5/16" steel where the other use 1/4" and 3/16" plate. When using the thinner plates the mount will flex more allowing lateral stress on the front frame plates making them bend. Has nothing to do with the location of the fairlead. If the impact bar is torqued on rite the frame will bend with any of these systems if the winch is not used properly or the winch is too big.

You have to weigh each and make a decision.

The DeFelice is nice looking and hidden but I don't like having to dig my winch out of the mud from it sitting so low when I need to use it. The high mount shelf plates also keep your winch out of the mud and water. Most winches are waterproof but I don't want my winch underwater or in the mud when I need to use it. Also I want the switch for the clutch hidden to where if I need to flip it in a emergency situation I don't have a flap or grate in my way. Sometimes clutches get jammed and its nice to have the winch out in the open to be able to work on and clean it without having to take the front cover off. Replacing cables is much easier too. You can also remove the shelf winch with 4 bolts when not in use if you choose, I run mine year around though.

If your worried about the frame bending pick up a set of these and the whole frame bending idea goes rite out the door.

Heres a good example of what I'm talking about. See how my winch is exposed. I can see my line and my clutch. The shelf mount actually pushed away the snow keeping my winch exposed. This would happen in mud, dirt and sand also. If I had a hidden winch and I was stuck I would have to dig it out.
