Water leak, but not from sunroof

Ok guys I need some help here. So I noticed that my BCM went hay wire the other day. Took a look at it and believed the primary culprit to be my sunroof drain tubes and rubber grommets. Was able to modify my grommets and had my tubes cleaned. However, I noticed today that I was still leaking water into my floor board. Was able to do some trouble shooting and noticed that water is leaking between the Windshield exterior trim on the passenger side, somehow passing between the door seal, traveling down the metal frame, and leaking behind the plastic cover onto the floor where my BCM is located. This issue just started so I have no idea how to fix it.

Do I need to silicon the seals themselves? Do I need a new plastic trim on my windshield, has weather stripping failed underneath the roof rack and the windshield trim, What? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Windshield leaking? Water intrusion where?

No. Door seal is leaking water into the cab. The water is traveling down the metal frame behind the door seal and leaking into the floor board.

Do what hummerz said and use 3M weatherstrip adhesive.
