1st question, why? What do you think you may gain by doing that swap?

I believe there are many differences between the two cases. input shaft spine count and a few others.

i have a 550 hp LS2 in it and don’t think the transfer case would hold up to the power. I know it will bolt to my transmission I got the 4l70e in it now which is set up for the stock transfer case at the moment. I was more less curious on how different the wiring would be

Not sure if the t case control wiring will mate or if the case may need to be clocked to fit.
Good luck.

Why not delete the t case all together? The front diff will never handle that much power either.

H3 transfercase is passenger side drop, trailblazer is driverside drop.

The H3 case has a 1.5" wide chain and is a very stout case. The trailblazer SS case is nothing impressive.

I just figured it would handle the horse power more than the stock h3 one

You'll be fine with the stock transfercase. There are several guys I know making more power than you and have not come close to damaging the stock transfercase. In my v8 alpha I have exploded a rear axle shaft, front 35 spline stub and fullsize cvs but transfercase is still fine.
